As the incidence of heart disease increases every day.
Protecting your heart is more important than ever. Preventing heart disease is
more important than ever.
No heart disease is preventable. There are many factors
related to your genetic makeup. You can't control it and that can be more of a
problem than other people. You can reduce your risk by focusing on two simple
elements: exercise and diet.
How much exercise is needed to prevent heart disease?
You may be surprised that you do not need one. Exercise as a
positive contributor to disease prevention.
You should focus on exercises that reduce fatigue because
they will distract you. Your arteries and cause heart disease. This exercise is
called cardio and includes. Running, walking. Cycling, etc. You can do this
type of exercise wherever you are.
One problem we have is that once they do, they start to lose
motivation. The problem is that doing the same thing every day becomes a habit.
The solution is to have a variety of exercises that you can do and rotate
throughout the week. Make sure you don't repeat the same thing. Finding a
workout partner is a great way to improve. If you don't want to exercise on a
certain day, your partner can convince you to do so.
More than an hour is enough for the teaching to be
effective. A week will see a great improvement in your health. One hour a day
would be ideal if possible.
How about walking home? Or walk the dog for an hour (which
I'm sure he will love)? Learning should not be repetitive and boring. It's up
to you to have fun.
Should everyone change their diet to be effective in
preventing heart disease?
The answer here is, again, no. It's all about the small
changes that make the difference.
Add oatmeal, a handful of nuts, or regular food. Add to your
diet and reduce the number of fatty foods you eat.
That small change seems insignificant. Make a big difference
in your heart health.
You'll love some foods you didn't know were good for your
heart. Try them and you will find that you have some favorite foods.
