A Golden Hour Leading Up To A Heart Attack

Although we all know what heart disease is, a new study found. That only 16% of people can recognize the symptoms that lead to an attack. With this in mind, a major campaign organizes to remedy this situation.

Health authorities believe that what happens. In the first sixty minutes after the first symptoms of an attack. known as the Golden Hour, is critical to the patient's survival.

People at greatest risk are people over 45 who are obese, smoke and have an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. Or have a family history of heart problems. But, they are not the only risk-takers. People who suffer from high blood pressure are also considered to be at high risk.

The heart, like all major organs in the body, needs oxygen-rich blood to function. If the blood supply stops or reduces, the heart muscle can damage and stop working altogether. Cholesterol is a symptom of high blood pressure. Causes the narrowing of the arteries as fatty substances clog. The arteries prevent blood supply to the heart. If this continues, the patient will have a heart attack.

The main symptoms of heart disease are:

Average breast weight

Pain in your left arm or back

Sharp pain in the jaw or teeth

It's cold

Don't breathe

Nausea or vomiting

Women have more nausea and vomiting, but less chest pain.

If any of the above symptoms persist for more than a few minutes. It is better to chew and swallow a 300 mg aspirin tablet and call emergency services.

Chewing an aspirin tablet is better and twice as fast as taking it with a glass of water. If the patient is unable to swallow an aspirin tablet for any reason, it should crush and place on the tongue. Doses of aspirin higher than the amount recommended for adults will begin to stop the blood. Clots in the arteries or dissolve blood clots that form.

Cardiologists say that if any of the above symptoms appear and do not improve after half an hour. Or if they think it is a mild disease, they should take immediate action. A good motto to remember is: Shout without hesitation So time is of the essence in this case.
