Alcohol, should we drink or not, how much, when, and where? It is the person's responsibility to make that decision, not someone else's. When people drink alcohol, they should act so as not to harm anyone.
Also, alcohol has hidden dangers that many people are unaware of.
Alcohol has long knows to kill brain cells. This is true; Alcohol affects the brain and can remove. The myelin sheath around nerve cells, causes them to die. This happens not only in our brains but in our whole bodies.
Alcohol causes liver damage, but do you know why? A healthy liver can process 1 oz of alcohol per hour. The rest of the alcohol passes through your system and is stored in other parts of the body. Until the liver can replace it. This buildup can cause serious problems. Such as muscle pain, arthritis pain, heart failure, and brain damage.
The liver is such a vital organ that it cannot do what it suppose to, even though it uses to process alcohol. One of the main problems is that medicines are not processed on time. Stockpiling drugs in the system can make drugs more effective. So, if you take medication to slow your heart rate, drinking alcohol can cause your heart to slow down even more. Also, because alcohol is a depressant, the drug can be fatal.
Toxic products and additives are not processed by the liver when alcohol consume. These toxic additives, such as preservatives. Colors, and artificial sugars, are then stored in fat tissue. This is because our body knows that fat tissue uses for energy. It will poison itself, so no matter how much you exercise, you cannot lose fat tissue. Being an alcoholic makes you fat.
Over time, alcohol begins to destroy the liver itself. That is why heavy drinkers often die of liver disease. When the liver fails, its ability to process fats and chemicals decreases. These fats and chemicals are stored in the body, especially in the liver and fat cells. As the liver and adipose tissue swells, drinkers get "gut beer." Even casual drinkers are starting to see this effect.
Those who drink often develop diabetes. Because one way to process alcohol is to turn it into sugar. Like soda. Besides, alcohol usually has poor nutrition. Alcohol consumption slows down the onset of diabetes. Any complication of diabetes increases the risk of blindness and amputation.
Different generations may also play a factor. People from Asia are better able to process alcohol. But they pay the price because the poison builds up faster than the body can process it. Caucasians have trouble breaking down alcohol, so it stays in the system longer.
Besides, most alcohol has no nutritional value. There are several.
Fresh local beer, a type of yeast, provides high vitamin B12. But, any processing, such as pasteurization, bottling, or storage. Affects the health and you lefts with a dead product. Any beer in a can or bottle is not good for your health.
Not all alcohol is good for your health.
Red wine is often considered healthy. Dark red wine, about 4oz per day, consumes with lunch. The flavonoids in grapes are heart-healthy. And can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of stroke or heart attack. The lighter the wine, the better.
Bottom line: If you do drink, choose healthier options. Avoid hard liquor and pasteurized beer. Store in 4 oz.
Know that alcohol is not harmful at all. Outside of healthy forms and amounts, alcohol is detrimental to our bodies. Now you have to choose.
